Indian cellular developer and writer Felicity Video games has raised $700,000 in a pre-seed funding spherical.
DeVC and Visceral Capital contributed to the spherical, Pocket Gamer reported, alongside angel traders Manish Agarwal (former CEO of Nazara Applied sciences), Sameer Pittalwala (head of gaming APAC for Google Cloud), Kunal Shah, Sriharsha Majety, and Nandan Reddy.
The funds will go in direction of the testing of ten new video games by March 2025.
Felicity Video games was created in 2023 and specialises in informal cellular video games like Solitaire.
Founder and CEO Anurag Choudhary commented: „Given our price and ability benefits, Felicity Video games is properly positioned to construct a multi-million-dollar informal gaming enterprise from India for the world.“
DeVC’s Divyanshi Chowdhary added: „Felicity has a novel imaginative and prescient to mobilise the rising ecosystem of Indie builders with the aptitude of manufacturing high-quality recreation prototypes at a fraction of the associated fee.“
